Daily we may experience stress: physically, chemically or mentally and emotionally in varying degrees. Stress can lead to fatigue, high blood pressure, insomnia, headaches, tooth-grinding, irritability, or digestive disorders.  Researchers estimate that stress contributes up to 80% of all major illnesses! Chronic stress lowers the body’s immune responses, making it more susceptible to disease. Sufficient sleep helps fight fatigue and stress. Exercise and outdoor activities are great stress reducers.
